Oskar Bluhm
1867 Lockwitz – 1912 Leipzig
Nach einem dreijährigen Aufenthalt in einer Klinik für psychisch Kranke, Aufnahme eines Studiums in Dresden, an der Kunstgewerbeschule und Abendakademie. Danach Studium in Karlsruhe bei Ferdinand Keller. Ab 1892 in Meißen tätig. Bluhm war ein begabter Illustrator sowie Bildnis- und Landschaftsmaler.

Watercolour in Grisailletechnik, weiß gehöht. Signiert "Oskar Bluhm" und ortsbezeichnet "Meissen" u.li. Illustrationsvorlage für "Meggendorfers Humoristische Blätter". Im Passepartout, hinter Glas in hochwertiger Modelleiste gerahmt.
