Johann David Schubert

Schüler der Dresdner Akademie bei Hutin und Casanova. Seit 1786 als Zeichenmeister, später als Ober-Maler-Vorsteher an der Porzellanmanufaktur Meissen tätig. Ab 1801 Lehrer für Geschichtsmalerei an der Dresdner Akademie.
