New Yorker Fabrikant und Sammler, aus Breslau stammend. Seit 1927 mit Paul Kleinschmidt bekannt, erwarb er zahlreiche Arbeiten des Künstlers und unterstützte seine Familie nach dessen Tod bis in die 1950er Jahre hinein.

Pencil drawing auf leichtem, weißen Karton. U.re. monogrammiert "P.Kl." sowie mit der Widmung "Meinem lieben Erich Cohn zum 3. Mai 1938" versehen. Verso Anotationen in Blei. Im Passepartout.

Technikbedingt insgesamt leicht wischspurig. Re. Blatthälfte mit mehreren Knitterfalten und langen Knickspuren. Fünf Reißzwecklöchlein. Im Bereich des re.Oberarms eine Anschmutzung.
