Pencil drawing, sparsam weiß gehöht, auf bräunlichem Papier. Unsigniert. U.re. bezeichnet und datiert "Hans 1842" sowie weiter bezeichnet "zum Bilde". Verso auf der Rückwand bezeichnet "H. Hübner". Verso mit einer Rötelzeichnung. In einer Berliner Leiste gerahmt.

Provenienz: Privabesitz Kiel; Nachlass Ingeborg Hübner, Kiel, vormals Nachlass Hans Hübner.

Hans Hübner (1837–1884) im Alter von fünf Jahren, später Professor für Chemie in Göttingen.
