Französischer Kupferstecher. Als Sohn des Kupferstechers Gilbert Filloeul (1644–1697) aus Abbeville erhielt er seine Ausbildung in der Werkstatt von Jacques-Philippe Lebas. Filloeul interpretierte hauptsächlich die Werke von Jean Siméon Chardin und Jean-Baptiste Pater.
