The body with cobalt blue ground border und footrim, a handpainted floral bouquet to the centre. Gilded rims. Crossed swords mark underglazeblue. Circa 1860.

The handles in the shape of entwinded snakes with acanthus leaves. The body of the vase decorated with raised leaf and cable stitch design. The vase was originally designed by the Meissen designer Ernst August Leuteritz in 1861.
