Schale am Rand teils uneben und mit kleinsten Chips. Je mit kleinen Brandflecken, -rissen und Löchlein. Glasur und Malerei partiell berieben. Ein Koppchen mit Glasurfehlstelle und Haarriss.

Baluster-shaped body, the wall decorated all around with floral and rock motifs and birds. Flat, unglazed base, unmarked. Carved wooden stand and lid, added later.
Tiny burn marks, adhesive or resin residue on the base. Two birds with glaze defects, in the area of a green leaf with a tiny iron stain.

Bronze, patiniert. Rückseitig minimale Reste einer Vergoldung. Sockel und Bank mit roter Lackfassung.
Darstellung des Erlang in Ming-zeitlicher Hofrobe, Beamtenkappe, Jadegürtel und großem Rangabzeichen (Buzi) auf der Robe in Höhe der Brust.
Lack verdunkelt. Vorderseitig eine Laufspur.

Kakejiku (scroll painting). Painting on silk. Signed "Hashipo" (abbreviated for Ohashi Manpo). With two artist's or studio seals.
Provenance: Acquired by the consignor's grandfather in Japan, probably before World War I or early 20th century.
With scattered creases and fold marks, wavy due to storage. Small moisture stain (ca. 15 mm).
