Schmidt Kunstauktionen Dresden

Deutscher Maler und Keramiker. 1924–30 besuchte Timmler Abendkurse im Fach Zeichnen an der Kunstgewerbeschule Dresden. 1931–38 folgte sein Studium an der Dresdner Kunstakademie. Er war dort Schüler u.a. bei Richard Müller, Ferdinand Dorsch und Max Feldbauer. Ab 1971 bis zur Wende reiste er mehrfach illegal nach Südeuropa. Timmler beteiligte sich an zahleichen Ausstellungen und zeigte seine Arbeiten in mehreren Personalausstellungen.
