Dargestellt ist Kapitänleutnant des Hilfskreuzers "Seealder", Felix Graf von Luckner. Er war eine der herausragenden Persönlichkeiten des 20. Jahrhunderts und spielte eine wichtige Rolle bei der Rettung der Stadt Halle vor völliger Zerstörung im Jahre 1945.
