Dargestellt ist wohl Maximilian Heinrich von Bayern, der zwischen 1650 und 1688 Kurfürst und Erzbischof von Köln war. Das Relief zeigt ihn in kurfürstlichem Ornat mit Kurhut und mit dem entsprechenden Hermelinumhang über dem der erzbischöfliche Priesterkragen liegt.
