Tempera auf Elfenbein (?), weiß und gold gehöht sowie Bronze. Ovales Medaillon, hinter Glas in einer reliefierten, schleifenbekrönten Fassung mit einer Aufhängeöse. Verso stoffhinterlegt. Unsigniert.

Linke Gesichtshälfte zwischen Auge und Mund stärker berieben. Der Stoff rißspurig, das Glas etwas kratzspurig. Die Fassung altersbedingt patiniert.

Brass und Leder. Hochrechteckige Tafel mit einem flächig reliefierten, ineinander verschlungenen Hortensiendekor. In der Darstellung Mitte links mit einer kreisrunden Stempelmarke (undeutlich). Innen grün stoffbezogen, zwei eingeklebte Vorsatzblätter.

Deckel partiell korrodiert und minimal gedellt, der Ledereinband stärker berieben. Stoffbezug und Vorsatzblätter gebrauchsspurig.
