1977–82 Studium an der Hochschule für bildende Künste in Dresden u.a. bei Günter Horlbeck. Als Reaktion auf den "realen Sozialismus" der DDR wendet er sich, wie einige andere Künstler auch, einer mythologisch expressiven und zeichenhaften Bildwelt zu.

Lithograph. In Blei signiert "Fischer", datiert und nummeriert "II" u.re. Jeweils in Blei betitelt u.li. sowie nummeriert "9/25" und "24/25".

Blätter leicht angeschmutzt und knickspurig und kleine Falten. Ein Blatt mit zwei vertikalen Knicken sowie hellen, bräunlichen Flecken im Randbereich.
