Gottlob Friedrich Thormeyer

1775 Dresden – 1842 ebenda

Ausbildung als Zeichner an der Dresdner Kunstakademie und später in der Architektur. 1812 wurde er zum Hofbaumeister berufen. Es folgte die Ausbildung zum Architekturzeichner. 1815–18 Wiederaufbau von Bischofswerda nach dem Stadtbrand von 1813. 1815–30 verantwortlich für die Neugestaltung von Dresden. Mitglied der Freimaurerloge "Zu den drei Schwertern".

Pencil drawing auf " C & I Honig"-Velin. Unsigniert. O.li. betitelt, o.re. Mit ausradierten Bezeichnungen. U.li. gestrichen "Le dome de Basel" sowie mit dem Sammlerstempel Friedrich Augusts II., König von Sachsen (Lugt 971). Freigestellt im Passepartout montiert.

O.re. Ecke und li. Rand fingerspurig.
